We supply complete dedusting plants and the consumables that keep them working: pulse-jet bag filters, filter bags and cages, fume extraction hoods, cyclones and scrubbers, ducting, fans and the dust conveying and discharge equipment below the filter. Supply covers new systems for plant expansions as well as upgrades to existing filters that no longer meet emission requirements.
A dedusting system works only if it captures fumes at the source. With our principal, the system is sized from your furnace capacity, kiln or mill throughput, gas temperature and plant layout, so hood design, gas volume, filter area and fan selection are matched to the process. This is especially important for induction furnace melt shops, where fume release is intermittent and heavy during charging and tapping.
Filter bag material is chosen for gas temperature, moisture and dust chemistry. Polyester, PPS, aramid and fibreglass media are supplied to your existing bag dimensions, with cages and venturis to match, so replacement sets fit the installed filter housing without modification.
Plants across the region face tighter environmental inspection. A well-designed and properly maintained dedusting system keeps stack emissions within limits, improves working conditions in the shop and recovers dust that can often be reused or sold. We support the system from design through supply and commissioning.

Yes. With our principal we size the system from your furnace capacity and layout and supply the complete plant.
Yes. Filter bags and cages to your existing dimensions and media.
Often yes. Depending on its condition, an existing filter can be improved with new media, cages, pulse valves or a larger fan. Share the filter details and we review the options with the manufacturer.
It depends on gas temperature, moisture and dust type. Share your operating data and the media is recommended to suit it.
Yes. Systems and filter media are supplied for kilns, mills, coolers and packing plants as well as steel melt shops.
