What warranty do you offer on the products you supply?
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty under the principal's terms for each order, confirmed in our quotation. We stand behind what we supply and take up any claim directly with the manufacturer, including inspection and replacement where a defect in material or manufacturing is established.
Can you manufacture parts to our drawings or from a sample?
Yes. Share drawings, part numbers, an old sample or photographs with key dimensions. Our principals can reverse-engineer and produce to drawing, and we confirm material grade, dimensions and tolerances with you before production starts.
What documents and quality certificates come with each supply?
Every shipment comes with a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the manufacturer's quality or mill test certificates. Third-party inspection by agencies such as SGS or Bureau Veritas can be arranged before dispatch on request.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the item. Standard products ship quickly, while made-to-order items follow the production schedule confirmed in our quotation. We share production and shipping updates until the goods reach your site.
Do you provide technical support for installation and commissioning?
Yes. Our principals' engineers provide technical guidance, and for equipment supplies they can support installation and commissioning where required. Our own team stays involved from selection to after-sales support.
