What we supply
We supply shaped and monolithic refractories, functional products for steelmaking, and thermal insulation: magnesia-carbon and alumina bricks, castables and low-cement castables, ramming and gunning masses, tundish and ladle functional products, ceramic fibre insulation and refractory anchors. Supply covers complete relines as well as routine repair and maintenance material.
Linings recommended for your furnace
Refractory performance depends on matching the material to the operating conditions. Share the furnace or vessel type, dimensions, operating temperature, slag chemistry and current lining life, and the manufacturer recommends the lining design and materials. This applies to induction furnaces, ladles, tundishes, cement kilns and coolers, boilers and refinery heaters.
Functional products for steelmaking
Continuous casting depends on reliable functional refractories. We supply slide gate plates, nozzles, well blocks, purging plugs, shrouds, stoppers, submerged entry nozzles and tundish boards and working linings, matched to your caster and ladle systems.
Installation and support
Correct installation, curing and dry-out matter as much as the material itself. Our principals provide technical guidance on installation, and supervision can be arranged for larger relines. Insulation materials such as ceramic fibre modules and blankets are supplied with the anchors needed to fix them.
