We supply centrifugal process pumps, slurry pumps, dosing pumps, gate, globe and ball valves, control valves and mechanical seals. Supply covers new equipment for plant projects as well as replacement pumps, valves and spare parts for equipment already in service.
Pump selection depends on flow, head, fluid properties, temperature and solids content. Process pumps are supplied to recognised standards for refinery and chemical service, slurry pumps with wear-resistant materials for abrasive duties, and dosing pumps for accurate chemical injection. Share the duty conditions and the manufacturer proposes the pump and materials to suit.
Valve body, trim and seat materials are chosen with the manufacturer for the fluid, pressure rating and temperature. This includes stainless, alloy and lined valves for corrosive services and control valves matched to the process conditions, with actuators and positioners as required.
Replacing a failed pump with the same model avoids changes to foundations and piping. Share the nameplate data and duty, and we supply the same model or an engineered equivalent with matching connections, along with mechanical seals, impellers, shafts and wear rings for pumps already installed.
